The Donnie Darko DVD has been playing for a week and we know every single word
My 13-year-old sister is embarking on a super awesome adventure. She's going to China by herself to stay with my aunt and uncle, have the time of her life, and experience awesome things. I'm excited for her, and she is beyond pumped.
But since she's gone and she's on the other side of the world, she obviously has first dibs on the camera. Which unfortunately means I'm camera-less! At least until my dad orders me a new one (I need one for college anyway). So bear with me.
In the meantime, I suppose I'll come up with posts another way. Some more pics of our crazy outfits from the other night:
Boys tryin' on superrr manly pink hats in a cute little shop :]
Craziest headbands everrrrr.
Have an awesome Monday everyone!

you better be dressed crazily
On Wednesday, a few friends and I decided to drive up to Saratoga, NY (...not far at all, less than an hour away) and go lasertagging and eat Ben and Jerry's.
Well, obviously, the only thing more fun than that is doing it while wearing clothes that scream insanity :D
So I took the two guys in the photo to Salvation Army, and we got them all crazied up, while me and my bff dressed in totally 80s garb. Can you imagine the looks we got walking up and down the streets of downtown Saratoga? :) It was a blast.
I highly recommending doing other activities in crazy outfits, such as bowling and roller skating. We DEFF plan on doing that soon. Haha, I can't wait.
PS: Major regrets for being a terrible blogger. If only I wore cuter outfits in every day life. But alas.
Actually, this week, I was babysitting a 9-month-old baby all day every day, so cute clothes are not an option.

sectumsempra!
Last night, if you were looking for me any time after 7PM, I was at the movies, waiting in line to see the midnight showing of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Obviously. :)
I made this shirt for the midnight release of the seventh HP book, and jumped at the opportunity to wear it again. Of course. :)
Apparently, there were people who had been in line since noon, so they could be first. That, my friends, is true dedication. But my friends and I got the best seats in the theater so HAH.
tee, diy.
shorts, Target.
shoes, Patricia Field for Payless.
bag, NYC streets.
Drinking Barnes and Noble Mint Mocha Chip Frappucinos in line :D yummmmmmmmm.
And of course, my friend had to show us all up by wearing this spectacular ensemble. And yes, that is indeed a Slytherin tie.
Anywayyy, GO SEE THE MOVIE, even if you were watching it last night at the same time I was. SEE IT AGAIN. I know I will.

highlighter yellow; blueberries
Blueberries are deeeeeelishhh, and my neon yellow nails FREAK ME OUT. I can't tell if I want to smile or puke every time I look down at my hands.
Anyway, summer is boring because I am jobless and therefore moneyless, and there's not much to do on a zero-dollar budget. HOWEVER. Hopefully, I'll be getting a job soon, if all goes well.
For now, I'll be chowin' down on the massive stock of fresh fruit that is always found in my house. What am I going to do in college when I can't afford fresh fruit?! Please send me Edible Arrangements? ...jk
And I've already eaten half of that container of blueberries. Just to let you know :)
