frilly, not chilly.
I've become obsessed with ruffles. Especially tiered ones. It's inexplicable and inextricable. WHY?!

I love how feminine but fun frills are!
Yeah, anything ruffled to me is like heaven. I don't really know why I love them so much either, I wonder how I'll feel about them after the trend washes over...?
