Ugh. That's the kind of weather I'm having to deal with too! Except with more snow.
It's really sad when your weather is as harsh or harsher than our weather here at the base of the German Alps. Crazy winter you all are having this year.
Try to stay warm. Great time to practice creative layering!! :)
