neutrality

Thanks to Veterans Day, there is no school tomorrow, and I am super excited. I want one of those poppies people wear on Veterans Day but I have no idea where to get one. (That link right there says that people actually wear poppies on Memorial Day...huh.) Two years ago, our French Club took a trip to Montreal right around now and there were loads of people sporting the gorgeous orange poppies on their coats, and we asked this nice old man what they meant and he told us the story and since then I've wanted one, but Veterans Day always creeps up on me and I forget to figure out how to get one!

Oh, and I'm sorry about not blogging for the past few days! I haven't worn anything exciting enough to share, but I did go shopping a lot, and that is very bad....so from now on, I am...limiting my purchases. I would love to do a full on ban of purchases but there is too much I want to buy, so I can't commit to that. I do admire people like Sal who are amazing for doing their own ban!

One of my weekend purchases:

I got them at Burlington Coat Factory for only $20! I had no idea that BCF had such cheap shoes; I need to go there more often! (Or maybe that's a bad idea.....lemme go check my bank account again...)

Shoes, If Carrini (no idea what that is).
Pants, Express.
Vest, American Rag.
Tee, Salvation Army.

Ohhhh! I love love love the shoes! I would have to say if your trying to stay on a budget, that store would NOT be the place to go. They obviously have way cute thing.

Awww, thanks, beautiful. Believe me, the ban was very necessary. Not sure I would've been able to resist those shoes, and super glad you nabbed 'em!
